Payment information

Subscription checkout and billing will be handled by Stripe. TradeWisely does not intend to store complete card details. Stripe may process payment, identity, fraud-prevention and billing information under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide and secure the service, verify subscription access, respond to support requests, improve reliability, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse. TradeWisely will not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described, including legal, accounting and security requirements. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards will be used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, customers may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to or request deletion of personal information. A verified privacy contact address and full controller details will be added before launch.
