SERVICE TERMS
Terms of service
These draft terms describe the intended basis on which the TradeWisely subscription software will be provided.
Draft for review · Last updated 12 September 2026
This pre-launch document is provided for transparency and must be reviewed by a qualified UK legal professional before subscriptions open.
Eligibility and account responsibility
The service is intended for adults who are legally eligible to use trading and brokerage services in their jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials and all activity performed through their account.
Software subscription
A paid subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use supported TradeWisely software while the subscription remains eligible and active. Ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred.
Launch service scope
The planned launch membership provides education, general market-analysis tools and Demo practice. It does not include personalised investment advice, portfolio management or automated live-trade execution.
Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with safety controls, copy or resell the software, use it unlawfully or present TradeWisely output as guaranteed financial advice.
Third-party services
TradeWisely may depend on brokers, market-data providers, MetaTrader 5, payment providers and internet services that TradeWisely does not control. Separate third-party terms may apply.
Availability and changes
The service may change as it develops. Maintenance, security events or third-party failures may interrupt availability. Material subscription or service changes should be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Trading responsibility
Customers retain responsibility for trading decisions, broker selection, capital, configuration and risk. TradeWisely does not guarantee results. The Risk Disclosure forms an important part of these terms.
